We recommend arriving with clean, makeup-free lashes, and avoiding caffeine beforehand if you're prone to fidgeting, since you'll need to keep your eyes closed and remain still for the duration of the application.

Avoid water, steam, sweating, and any eye makeup for the first 24–48 hours to allow the adhesive to fully cure. After that, cleanse lashes daily with a lash-safe cleanser to remove oil and debris buildup, which extends retention. Avoid oil-based makeup removers, mascara, and rubbing or pulling at the lashes, and brush lashes daily with a clean spoolie to keep them separated.
