Do I need a consultation before booking a facial?
No consultation is required for any facial — classic or luxury. You can book and pay directly online or by phone. If you have a specific skin concern, your esthetician will do a quick skin assessment at the start of your appointment.
Can I add a luxury enhancement to any facial?
Yes. Any of the luxury enhancements can be added to your Signature Facial, HydraFacial, or any other classic treatment — 24K Gold (+$55), Red Caviar (+$70), Black Truffle & Black Pearl (+$80), or Salmon DNA (+$85). Stack two or more enhancements on the same visit and save $15. Just let your esthetician know when you book, or ask at check-in.
What's the difference between the luxury facials and the classic facials?
Classic facials focus on core skin health — cleansing, exfoliation, and hydration. Luxury enhancement facials use premium biotech and botanical ingredients (like PDRN salmon DNA or 24-karat gold) for a more indulgent, results-driven experience with visibly firmer, more radiant skin.
Is there any downtime after a facial?
No. All facials at Bella — classic and luxury — have zero downtime. You may notice mild redness for an hour or two after a Clear Facial, but you can return to normal activities immediately.
How often should I get a facial?
For general skin maintenance, most clients come in every 4–6 weeks. If you're targeting a specific concern like acne or hyperpigmentation, your esthetician may recommend a more frequent series to start.
Do VIP members get a discount on facials?
Yes. Essential members save 10%, Luminous members save 15%, and Platinum members save 20% off all facials — classic and luxury — plus retail skincare products.
