Billing & Commitment
Monthly auto-charge on the same date each month. 3-month minimum, then month-to-month. No refunds on unused credits after 60 days.

Filler credits roll over up to 3 months. Botox zone does NOT roll over — use it each month. Pause once per year for up to 2 months. No refund during pause.

30-day written notice required after the 3-month minimum. Exit fee: $0 if in good standing. Non-transferable — benefits are for the member only.

"I don't come in often enough to make it worth it."
The Essential plan is $99/month, and the Botox alone retails at around $200. So even if you come in every other month, you're still coming out ahead — and the membership is what keeps most clients consistent.
"I'm not sure I want to commit to a monthly charge."
That's why we have a 3-month minimum and then it goes month-to-month — you can cancel with 30 days notice after that. We also offer a pause option once a year. There's very little risk, and the savings start immediately.
"Can I try it first?"
Of course. Your next appointment counts as your first membership treatment. We charge you when you sign up, your next visit is covered, and you get all discounts from day one. Think of it as locking in today's rate forever.
What happens if I don't use my Botox zone one month?
The Botox zone does not roll over — it's use-it-or-lose-it each month. This is intentional to keep you maintaining your results consistently. Filler credits are different — those roll over for up to 3 months.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my tier?
Yes — just speak with our front desk. Upgrades take effect at your next billing date. Founding member rate lock applies to the tier you originally join, so ask us about locking in a higher tier before rates increase.
